Cloudingo profiles your entire Salesforce org and calculates all matching dupes. Result totals are displayed on a single dashboard which can be monitored to ensure data is kept clean and duplicates are kept out.

Identifying duplicates is done on a per-record basis. For example, in Lightning, the Potential Duplicates component displays possible dupes, but only when actively viewing an individual record.

Cloudingo matches records based on user-defined filters which use a combination of Salesforce fields using exact, fuzzy, or 10+ matching styles so that even less obvious dupes are caught.

Salesforce’s algorithm is limited to a few fields (name, email, phone, and company name) using exact and fuzzy matching only.
