Cloudingo, Cloudingo Studio, and DupeCatcher Support State and Country Pick Lists in Salesforce®
October 15, 2013 – Dallas, TX – Symphonic Source, provider of Salesforce data management and deduplication solutions, today announced that its entire suite of products fully supports and is compatible with Salesforce state and country pick lists. Cloudingo is one of the first data quality products to ensure successful and seamless integration with the new feature.
With the newest update to its CRM platform, salesforce.com has enabled pick lists that allow users to select from standardized lists within address fields rather than inserting data into text fields. However, the new feature requires some configuration and data conversion within the CRM organization. As a result, customizations and applications that integrate with the database may not work correctly. Symphonic Source, makers of Cloudingo, Cloudingo Studio, and DupeCatcher, avoided potential conflicts by updating their products to accommodate the latest from salesforce.com
